Movenpick Baghdad
Due to the lack of 5-star hotels in Baghdad’s Green Zone, IVI Holding stepped in to take over and develop the project. IVi Holding signed a hotel management agreement with the French Accor Group to operate the five-star luxury hotel under the name “Movenpick Baghdad”.
The modern design layout includes both rooms and apartments for short and long stays; 220 Hotel Keys and 100 Hotel-Apart Keys with conference and Banquet facilities, gym, spa, and pool. A total built-up area of 51,890 m2.
